- My passion is Josie's Dragonfly Trust. This is the charity that Josie started up before she died in 2007. When we promised Josie that we would carry on her work, we didn't realize that this was her gift to us as well as the hundreds of children it supports. Josie's Charity has saved me. It is my way of being close to her. It means I can talk about her short life knowing that it was complete. Josie had a huge impact on the world and she achieved more than many who live long and full lives. I believe that we have these experiences for a reason.I hope that what we have been through will help others as they walk the same path. I was blessed to be Josie's Mother and to have 3 other amazing children. While Josie's death brought un-measurable sadness to our lives, the memory of her life also brings me constant joy.
